Our Saunaguss-master makes your sauna experience a highlight!
The master pours water and etheric oils on the sauna-ovens, as well as using a towel technique to increase the experienced temperature.
This is an excellent way to purify your body, as it takes place through the body's largest organ, your skin.
The shift between hot and cold is one of the oldest and simplest forms of relaxation therapy. It provides you with peace of mind and leaves your skin silky soft. Social, educational and healthy.

The road to wellbeing 1.5 - 2 hrs
We recommend a gradual warming of the body, as well as the variation between hot and cold to achieve maximum benefit from our recommended tour of the source- and sauna world.
1. Take a swim in the pool 10 min
Increases blood circulation and strengthens muscles, without the risk of straining.
2. Jacuzzi 10 min
Relaxing and cleansing. Stimulate correct and deep breathing. Relieving for stiff muscles and joints.
3. Kneipp`s method
5 min Walk calmly, lifting your legs completely out of water for each step. Breathe deep, in and out. Increases blood circulation and strengthens immune defense system.
4. Tepidarium 8-12 min
In Roman times this was the heart of the spa, a room that connects all saunas and sources together. Here they decorated the room with their most beautiful objects. It is a pleasant, warm room that gives you a soft start on your sauna round. The room holds a temperature that produces false fever in the body, in order to strengthen the immune defense.
5. Soft Sauna 8-12 min
A milder form of sauna than the Finnish Sauna. Applied fragrances work truly relaxing and soothing.

Sauna added different herbs with delicious fragrance. Good effect on stiff and tired muscles, various skin conditions and on respiration.

Holds 85 ° C and works cleansing.
10. Cold pond max 3 min
Step carefully into the cold pool. According to Kneipp`s method you should cool down the feet first, the body part that is furthest away from the heart. This increases blood circulation and strengthens immune defense system.

The water`s journey through the purifying volcanic moraine under the beech wood forests to Farris Bad, takes 20 years. Already in the 1800-century, the healthy water source in Larvik was known throughout Europe. In our unique cave the water whirls up, directly from the source. Relaxing and nourishing for the skin.
12. Relaxation in the recreation department 15-30 min
Drink a glass of water or enjoy a cup of tea. Make sure you drink plenty of water the next 24 hours.
